Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC)
The Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) for HIMSS26 is now live, offering an updated look and improved usability, replacing the old exhibitor dashboard. Login to the ERC to update your company profile, select product categories, access the exhibitor service manuals, download invoices, pay balances, and more.
The HIMSS26 ERC will be the one-stop-shop for all your booth logistics. Login to access the exhibitor deadline checklist and exhibitor resources, as well as the Freeman Exhibitor Service Kit, Venetian Expo online order portal.
To access the ERC:
- Access HIMSS26 Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC)
- Enter primary contact email address
- Click Users on the left navigation panel to setup other members of your team with access to the ERC**
**NOTE: Only the primary contact will be able to login the first time to the ERC and will need to setup all other users. Each user will then have their own login information.
Exhibitor Service Manual
The Exhibitor Service Manual is available online. Use this convenient resource to order everything you need for the event including electrical, internet, carpet, furniture and more. Be sure to place your orders in time to receive early bird discounts.

Hotels
It is mandatory that all exhibiting companies go through the HIMSS official housing company, onPeak for all hotel room reservations for HIMSS26.
Housing will open for all exhibitors on September 29.
