Meeting Space Requests

Available on a first-come, first-served basis.

You may purchase HIMSS26 Meeting Space rooms to host meetings with conference attendees during education or exhibit hours. Only companies exhibiting at the HIMSS Global Health Conference & Exhibition may request a meeting room to host a function at a surrounding hotel. Functions that involve conference attendees will NOT be approved during conference sessions or exhibit hours. Events that include participation of conference attendees must be conducted only during the hours that are listed on the Meeting Space Request Form.
